Return Policy - In-store and Online:

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it in some of the following ways:

There are 2 easy ways to return your item(s) Regardless of which method you use, please follow these simple instructions (It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return).

  1. Online purchases can be returned tin our store location when returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
  2. From your home. Before returning the item you should contact us at within 72 hours of receiving the item, so we could be able to process the return, then you ship the product with original packing in perfect condition and the all the original labels tagges to the article as received at the following address:
    •  Paunero 1926, Martinez, CP 1640, Buenos Aires, Argentina on behalf of Maureene Dinar.
      1. Send the item in its original packaging.
      2. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, tag, contents, accessories (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
      3. Include your original packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip.
      4. IMPORTANT: You must check the reason for your return from the list provided on your packing slip in order for your return to be processed. If you selected Damaged, Defective or Other, you must state the nature of the damage or defect, or the reason for "other" in the space provided on the packing slip in order for us to properly process your return.
  3. You can change the product for another of equal value, and will be shipped to your home with a shipping cost charge.
  4. The return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
  5. You will be refunded using the method of payment used at the store when you paid for your order.
  6. Maureen Dinar reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.
  7. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
